1. Acceptance of Terms
By using our Site and Services, you confirm that you accept these Terms and Conditions and agree to abide by them. If you do not agree to these Terms, please refrain from using our Site and Services.
2. Services Offered
We provide semi-permanent makeup, plasma fibroblast treatments and scar therapy. All services are subject to availability and may change at our discretion.
3. Booking and Payment

Booking: Appointments can be made through our Site or by contacting us directly.

Deposit Payment: A deposit is required at the time of booking (Deposit amounts vary depending on chosen treatment). Accepted payment methods for the deposits are as follows; Card payment.

Payment: Full payment will be required on the day of the treatment. Accepted payment methods are as follows; Credit/debit cards, Cash.

4. Deposit/Cancellation

Deposit: Upon booking an in person consultation, a deposit will be taken (Prices vary depending on chosen treatment).

Appointment Attended: If you attend your appointment then the deposit amount will be deducted from your final bill on the day of treatment.

Appointment Not Attended: In the event you do not attend your appointment, you will forfeit your deposit, and if you wish to book another consultation at a later date you will be required to pay the deposit again.

Cancellation: If you wish to cancel your appointment you may do so via the booking page in your account dashboard or Via phone or email (found on the contact us page). To receive a full refund of your deposit amount you must cancel your appointment no less than 72 hours prior to the appointment (Cancelations made after this deadline will not be refunded).

Reschedule: If you wish to reschedule your appointment you may do so via the booking page in your account dashboard or Via phone or email (found on the contact us page). You may reschedule your appointment a maximum to 2 times and must reschedule your appointment no less than 48 hours prior to the appointment (Attempts to reschedule after this deadline will result in you forfeiting your deposit).
5. Health Considerations

Clients must complete a consultation form prior to receiving treatments. It is your responsibility to disclose any medical conditions, allergies, or concerns that may affect the treatment.

We reserve the right to refuse service if we believe that it may pose a risk to your health or safety.
6. Liability
While we strive to provide high-quality services, we cannot guarantee specific results. You acknowledge that individual results may vary. By using our Services, you agree that we are not liable for any adverse reactions or outcomes related to the treatments provided.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Lada Beauty Limited and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content without our prior written consent.
